The Breathing Technique That Could Reduce Your Risk Of Alzheimer's

drhoganpesaniello

I would expect HRV biofeedback training will facilitate this breathing technique.

Biofeedback can make the practice more potent and efficient, facilitate body-brain learning.

It’s challenging to get anyone to do something 20 minutes twice a day. One can progress quickly with 5-10 minutes of HRV biofeedback a week in session then shot daily/frequent practice —using the conscious breathing and focus skills associated— on their own. Or progress w better HRV and technique even more quickly with an inexpensive home use device.

This can be safe in home use in generally healthy people (check w your doc if cardiac, respiratory or kidney illness, unhealthy or unexplained symptoms to address.
