INSURANCE

Dr. Pesaniello is not "in network" and does not "participate" with any insurance companies. However, we will submit your claims to your insurance company so they can reimburse you. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Zelle, and credit cards using PayPal and Square. You will be assessed an additional fee transaction fee for processing of your credit card.

Some insurance companies will give you a "single case agreement", "Ad Hoc agreement" or allow you to use your "in network" benefits. We have included instructions on how to possibly obtain those on our "talking with insurance companies" below.
