Are you looking for a unique and enchanting experience that will transport you into a world of wonder and imagination? Look no further than Snow Hill Zoo Garden and Gallery, where you can immerse yourself in the captivating world of hand-crafted miniature zoo displays.

Located in Snow Hill, Maryland, the Snow Hill Zoo Garden and Gallery is a haven for people of all ages who appreciate artistry and creativity. Here, you will find a stunning collection of miniature zoo exhibits brimming with intricate details, movement, lights, and sounds that bring each piece to life.
What sets Snow Hill Zoo Garden and Gallery apart is not just the finished exhibits on display, but also the creative process behind them. The entire exhibit has evolved as a life-long hobby of John and Hogan Pesaniello, a husband-wife artist team. The first exhibit, the American Bald Eagle exhibit sprang from John’s childhood imagination. What began as the “strawberry basket zoo” started in Baltimore, about 30 years ago, early in John and Hogan’s relationship. Inspired by John’s love of zoo’s, and Hogan’s love of sculpting, over time became the Roland Park Zoo, featured in the Roland Park Messenger. As new exhibits rolled out several times a year, eventually the Zoo became the Chincoteague Island Zoo, on display in the Chincoteague Library window and other venues. In Snow Hill, the zoo was on display several years ago, in a store window downtown, decorated for Halloween, trick-or-treaters and all!
Anyone who knows Hogan and John has seen them sharing their newest creations or talking about their desire to share the zoo via a permanent display. Now it is on permanent display in Hogan’s new Willow Street Wellness and Neurofeedback Center. Initially there will be limited hours such as First Fridays or open houses where you can also see what the Neurofeedback Center is offering, and there is an option for special showings by request. Open hours for zoo viewing will be posted on this website https://drhoganpesaniello.wixsite.com/snow-hill-zoo-garden , Facebook page, and with the Snow Hill downtown merchants weekly update. (The Wellness and Neurofeedback Center is open by appointment only or for presentations or classes, which will be posted on that website and Facebook page as scheduled. )
The Pesaniello’s plan to add historical details to the website, audio tours where zoo visitors can pick a tour to learn more about the raw materials and process of crafting each miniature zoo display, learn about the recycled objects involved, or learn more about the animals represented in the zoo. Using binoculars or a camera lens to “get closer” can, odd as it sounds, make the experience even more immersive and engaging! Whether you are a lover of art, a fan of zoos, or simply someone looking for a unique and memorable outing, Snow Hill Zoo Garden and Gallery is sure to delight and inspire. So, come visit us at 111 Willow St. Snow Hill, Maryland 21863, and step into a world of imagination.
